When I was JUST starting out touring, hoping 4-5 people would show up, IndieOnTheMove was a great resource for finding small spots to perform! Now that we're booking 300, 400, 500+ cap venues all over the US, it is a must-have tool for anyone who has the DIY spirit. We're not beholden to a booking company BECAUSE IndieOnTheMove exists. I don't know how medium-sized bands could possibly book a tour without this database being kept up-to-date. IOTM was very helpful as I researched venues for this latest tour from Utah through the Pacific Northwest and back. I decided to schedule the tour a little late and I had to really scour to find venues that were not already booked out. But with IOTM’s help I was able to hit all the cities and towns I wanted to and connect with fans. IOTM is a great resource.

Taxo And The Band formed in 2023. We play original hardrock, heavy metal, and 80s hair metal with a modern day twist. Taxo Michaels is on lead vocals, Jamie Vavra is on lead guitar, Diego Morgado is on bass guitar and background vocals, and Phil Jaurez is on drums. Indie On the Move helped us book our biggest gig yet and we are so grateful!
