Show Deal: For all 2-beverage minimum shows, the artist sets the ticket price and keeps 80% of the sales. The only costs are to your Tech & BO managers (see below). Please allow 1 week for checks to be issued and mailed to you. For additional revenue, please feel free to sale merchandise before your show and the same BO manager will help you with that. Show Times Available: We hold 3 or 4 shows daily. Doors open at 3:30pm for 4pm shows on weekends only. Nightly the doors open at 6:30pm for the 7pm show, 9pm for the 9:30pm show, and 11:15pm for the 11:30 show. Seating is: General Admission Location: 158 West 72nd Street (2nd Floor) between Amsterdam & Columbus Ave. and above Seven Hill Restaurant Ticketing: We use Vendini and all ticketing goes thru our website at www.triadnyc.com. Once your showtime is set, you'll email Michael these materials: show image in jpg (1500 x 1500), plus a brief show description and the ticket price(s). Backline Equipment: The venue has a complete backline of sound & video equipment including for your free usage: Yamaha Baby Grand Piano (Tuned Once a Week usually on Fridays ) + Yamaha Tour Custom Drum Kit (Drummer just needs to bring Cymbals) + 2 Guitar Amps and 1 Bass Amps, Mics, Music Stands, Stools etc, + 1080P Projector and Screen. Seating Capacity: 120 seats comfortably 85 on the main floor 35 in the balcony Additional Information: There is a backstage dressing room with a bathroom as well as a Green Room. There are 3 public restrooms in the theater. 2 on the main floor and one in the balcony. Artist Responsibilities: The Triad has a house Technical Director who will run sound & lighting for your show and assist with stage set-up. His tech fee is $100. The house Box-Office Manager will meet and greet your guests, check them in and prepare a Box-Office Report. His or her fee is $50.
