Growing up in Western North Carolina, Andalyn , a singer, songwriter and musician, has been studying and performing vocally from the age of 9. She fell in love with singing and the beauty of the bass guitar, and set out to expand and hone her skills eventually performing in a variety of well-respected venues and festivals. In addition to writing her own music she has collaborated writing music with Brian and Steve Butler (Smash Palace), and her mother Shell Danielson Lewis. At the age of 14 her music video "Carolina Summer" won first place at the 2014 WNC Video Music Awards gaining her a nod of recognition for her ability to embody a fresh sound with a familiar feel good energy! Grateful for every opportunity and amount of support she's been given, Andalyn embraces her love of music, continuing on a journey of writing, recording and performing with her eyes on the horizon and her heart wide open. In 2015 Andalyn was inducted into the “National Honor Society” for her scholastic grades and contributions to community, and in 2017 plans to enhance her music career by attending Belmont University in Nashville, TN and majoring in Music/Business. In 2016, Andalyn performed in over 50 gigs and became a member of the Country Music Association. A Family Business… Harry Lewis Drums and Percussion Harry is the father of Andalyn. He has supported her with his experience and energy to perform. He plays for most of her performances on drums and similar instruments. Harry got his start in music in the Philadelphia/New York area and has performed as a member of Epic Recording Artist, Smash Palace and the Cleopatra Recording Artist, Spahn Ranch to name just two. He has been on numerous US tours and has performed for audiences in a dozen countries as well. Though he has notched off several items on his bucket list, playing several times at the now defunct CBGBs in New York, and several times at The Cavern Club in Liverpool , England, made famous by the Beatles! Harry says, “the most important things are to live it, learn it, and to groove”. Shell Danielson Lewis Song Composition and Inspiration Shell is Andalyn’s mother, former model and actress, works with her to write new music, is her fashion coordinator, make-up artist, and her muse. Her experience in modeling in NYC and in many foreign countries, and in movies and on TV’s General Hospital and other shows has been transferred to Andalyn to support her professional growth. Chuck Gallopo Management and Accounting Chuck, her grandfather, a retired corporate executive functions as Financial Advisor to Andalyn.. His career was in finance as a CFO, and he has also led corporations as its’ CEO. He has also been a hands-on financial and operational consultant focusing on business development; performing assignments in a variety of industries. Todd Gallopo Branding and Graphic Design Todd is a “Grammy Nominated” graphic designer who produces Andalyn’s graphic artwork, branding, and record production requirements. Management The management includes but is not limited to a photographer, public relations, social media director, branding and graphic design, financial, and show management. Her organization is structured to meet the challenges of growth and success. Demographics… Andalyn’s market is multifaceted in that her primary impact is on the age group from 12-35; the second largest group is ages 36-50, she has proven that her music is loved by the over 50 market. This exposure to a broad spectrum of a potential fan base is also enhanced by her playing sponsored performances to raise funds, and private corporate events. Andalyn performs in all of the Southeast US at venues in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee. Until a broader opportunity comes along she will continue to expand her influence in these areas, and soon into Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her Sound… As an artist, Andalyn has been described as a rocker with a country sound that rides the edge of Country, Southern Rock, and Americana.   Her sound is centric to the genre and pure with a voice that is different from almost all that can be heard on the radio. Andalyn’s voice is distinctive and soothing, has a full range that transitions with ease. Although the Andalyn writes, records and performs original music, she carries an extensive repertoire of cover songs that show their wide range of influences. Their set list is designed to appeal both to the local area and the profile of the expectant fan base. Andalyn has performed in venues ranging from café’s, listening rooms, outdoor amphitheaters, fairs and festivals, including popular music icon venues such as The Orange Peel, New Mountain Theatre, Verizon Amphitheater (Atlanta), and Harrah’s Cherokee Hotel. With her Band, she has booked 70 shows since beginning on June 25, 2016. Competition… Andalyn continues to improve her own unique skills, and in order to achieve her goals she will produce songs that are show worthy, of radio quality; and, continually enhance her on-stage performances, both visual, dialogue and vocal; and, never compare herself to any other performers. Discography… Andalyn has released her first EP in October, 2015 through Jetfire Music Productions, LLC, and her record label “Jetta Records”. Currently in production is a second EP which will be released in early 2017. A second album release is due out in February 2017. Sponsorship… Local support and geographic expansion of her fan base can be accelerated through a sponsorship program which her business manager is exploring. Sponsorship will facilitate support for transportation, travel expenses, additional sound equipment, supplies, and public relations for the sponsor. Andalyn has invested in the best available bass and acoustic guitars, microphones, and Mesa amps, and a sound system with the money earned performing. She has also built and equipped a recording studio where she writes new music, and records. Supporting Affiliations… Joe Lasher Sr. Joe Sr. is the General Manager of Joe Lasher Jr., with whom Andalyn was a back-up singer and bass player with Joe Lasher Jr. from November 2014 to June 2016. Joe Sr. is experienced in performing and recording, and in the promoting of his son Joe Jr., and has helped Andalyn , and her organization to accelerate her growth. Kenneth Hensley Kenny is a videographer, and social media expert who has supported Andalyn. throughout her career. Steve Butler Steve and his brother Brian produced her first EP, and guided and co-writes several of her catalogued songs. Steve is an accomplished guitarist and has his own band, “Smash Palace”, that has been performing internationally for over 30 years.
