"At Eight Oaks Craft Distillers we handcraft super premium spirits using select grains sustainably grown on our farm and the farms of our friends and neighbors in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. Our distillery is not just a place to make great spirits; its serves as a destination for great spirits to gather, offering tastings, tours and hosting special events." Live music is held on Saturday afternoons from 2-5 PM, and shows can be held outside weather permitting (in which case they can accommodate between 100-150 people).
