"Born from the desire to see a revitalized beer brewing tradition in Galena, IL, which was the home of nine breweries back in the 1800's, Warren and Kathy Bell launched the Galena Brewing Company in early 2009. In July 2010 The Galena Brewing Company opened the new 10 bbl brewery, pub and restaurant in Main Street Galena to a resounding welcome from Galena's residents and visitors alike." Live music is held every weekend.
