"The Jazz Baroness Room was conceived long before Thelonious Monkfish was thrust onto Cambridge's culinary scene. While our vision of Thelonious Monkfish was to create a restaurant which playfully embraced a metaphor between fusion Cuisine and Jazz while giving homage to the great Thelonious Monk, The Jazz Baroness room was conceived to give patronage to Jazz artists and music. Our inspiration for this was none other than Kathleen Annie Pannonica Rothschild (The Jazz Baroness)." Live music is held Friday-Sunday nights.
