This looks like a bit of a dive when you walk in. But it is actually decent. I would have loved to give it 5 stars, but the food was in need of some help...

A quaint jazz themed cocktail bar in downtown Portsmouth. The cocktails are always excellent here. Haven't had food yet as I usually stop in before dinner...
