"The Smokestack is a flexible urban venue located in downtown Dubuque, Iowa, in the Cee-Lo neighborhood (Lower Central) at the crossroads of the Millwork, Port of Dubuque, and Main Street districts. The Smokestack is a bar, restaurant, dance club, music, art, performance and event space, and more." They host open mic on Thursday and Sunday nights and shows on Friday and Saturday nights. Those under 21 can be inside until 9 PM.
